So I was bored
And was thinking of what I could be for the Con
And was flipping through Pokemon pictures
And stumbled onto some hoodies that look like Pokemon
And decided to sketch up a Smeargle one
And came up with this

So I have decided
I am going to make this for the Con

Cause it looks 100% bad ass
The thing around the neck was originally going to be a hood
But is now going to be a neck piece to represent the Smeargle's collar
